as a dog lover, undoubtedly i love this book, but this book has a one thing that made it different from others, it was written so naturally as if we could imagine that we’re living the same life of John Grogan. and Marley is no hero-dog that could safe a child from drowning in river or fetch newspaper, but he was a troublesome dog that always brought mischief in the Grogan family.
The turning point was during the last days of Marley, the Grogan realized that Marley was the center point of that family, and somehow because of that stupid-idiotic dog they had became closer as a happy family. and honestly, I cried everytime I read that part when marley passed away…..
This is one of the most touching-heartmelted-laughable non-fiction book, especially for those who love animals
